This is a machine-only beginner practice for those who are just starting to get into the gym, only have machine equipment or just possibly feel intimidated going into the gym. Exercise machines are great for isolating the muscles and allowing the individual to use a weight that they feel comfortable with to achieve the results you desire. This routine is be practiced 3 days a week, as it is a beginner practice, and there are 3 separate whole body practices that you can use on the days you practice. Each exercise chosen targets and isolates the muscle that is being performed to help build strength and acheive muscle growth or toning ( depending on what you are trying to achieve with your practice) **Notes
  • Make sure each machine is properly cleaned
  • Make sure that the weight is adjusted to what you can lift to prevent injury
